Monthly subscriptions.
- → Cancellation: cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then does not renew. No partial refund for the current period.
- → First-7-day refund: a full refund is available within 7 days of your first subscription — provided you have used less than 20% of that period's Fix-with-AI credits.
- → One time only: the first-7-day refund applies to first-time subscribers only. Re-subscriptions are not eligible.
Annual subscriptions.
- → First-14-day refund: a full refund is available within 14 days — provided you have used less than 10% of the annual credit quota. (Annual plans front-load 12× the monthly quota.)
- → After 14 days: no refund. Your plan stays active until the end of the annual term.
- → No pro-rata refunds: the 15% annual discount is consideration for the yearly commitment; partial refunds are not offered.
Upgrades & downgrades.
- → Upgrade: takes effect immediately. You are charged the prorated difference (previewed before you confirm).
- → Downgrade: takes effect at the end of the current period. No refund for the unused portion of the higher plan.
When we make it right.

- → Service failure on our side: if a scan never ran or fixes repeatedly failed due to a NOWL defect, we issue a full refund or credit compensation, case by case.
- → Accidental duplicate charge: refunded in full, unconditionally.
- → Disputes: please email us before opening a chargeback — we'll almost always resolve it faster directly.
- → Account closure: your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy. The remaining period is not refunded (the service was provided).
