Terms of service.

By creating a NOWL account, you agree to these terms. NOWL is security software provided as a service; it scans code you authorize, reports findings, and optionally proposes fixes. You retain ownership of your code; we retain ownership of the service.

• ▪ Scan code you own or have written permission to scan.
• ▪ Use the Fix with AI feature on your own repositories.
• ▪ Share scan reports with your customers as proof of security posture.

• ▪ Scan code you do not have rights to (third-party intrusion).
• ▪ Resell or sublicense the service.
• ▪ Reverse-engineer scanner rules to circumvent them.
• ▪ Submit deliberately malicious code to abuse Fix with AI sandboxes.

NOWL is a detection and remediation tool, not a guarantee. We improve the security posture of scanned code; we cannot guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities. Security responsibility remains with the code owner.
